Carol's kitchen is a non-profitable organisation. Carol's kitchen was founded on April 21,1998 by James and Arlene Ragan,carols parents। Carol was born and raised in San Bernardino,attended Aquinas high school and graduated from university of Southern California with a masters degree
Carol did alot of social work। She volunteered to help students with their educational difficulties. She was killed in 1996, a drunk driver tragically struck and killed Carol. carol's ongoing philosphy was to help thoes who were less fortunate than herself. The last word in her private journal were, ]"Ask your heart what is right and follow it।"
Carols kitchen feeds 200 people in one time and they open at different places everyday but only on weekdays.

tuesday- Banning Community Center
wednesday- Presbyterian Church hall
thursday- Cabazon community center
thrusday- San Gorgonio Catholic Chruch
friday - Banning community center
